Parking Update

The National Park Service is currently constructing new parking lots around the Museum. If the lots nearest the Museum are full, we suggest parking at the Waterfront. This area can currently be accessed by turning left as you exit the parking lot and following the road around to the left to the Waterfront. You will be able to directly walk from the Waterfront to the Museum via an access road that is not currently open to cars.

Additional parking can also be found by turning right when exiting the parking lot, and driving up East Road to a dirt lot on the left, or the Bay Trail parking further up the road to the right. Please be advised that there is no sidewalk along East Road.

The National Park Service is returning the old parking lot across the street from the Museum to its original state as part of the Parade Ground of Fort Baker.
